IT’S FRIDAY! More like FriYAY, am I right? Today I will show you what things are in the beach bag/car bag.

For the trip going down, I like to keep things other than things needed at the beach/pool. Makes it an easy access for medicine, hand sanitizer, wet wipes, and more.

I found this beach bag about four years ago at the Disney Store as a gift with purchase I believe and I LOVE IT! It is a mesh bag with a patent leather front pocket showcasing Mickey Mouse. Packing this I put the slides on the bottom and the towels go in next. These towels were purchased at Walt Disney World’s Typhoon Lagoon at about the same time as the bag. The towel with birds from Finding Nemo on it is mine as the Cars one is Z’s. The dry pretty quickly as well!

The things I keep in this bag include sunscreen, Sun Bum aftersun lotion, mosquito bands, wet wipes, and swimsuits (not pictured). Since I use the bag as the car bag, I have included Hand sanitizer (later goes into our park bags), Rolaids, allergy medicine, ibuprofen ( not pictured), safety pins, Kleenex, deodorant/deodorant wipes, Shout stain remover wipes, and Bath and Body Works room spray.

There is also room in the back for a cooler for snacks/ water to keep chilled, as well as a few boxes of crackers, cookies, and fruit snacks. I make sure to have enough stuff to get us through the drive down and those moments when we don’t really want to go get a snack from a store or stand in line for a quick service meal. When the meal plan was an option, I’d stock up from the resort general store, using my credits. Now, it’s ALL out of pocket, so saving as much for the fun things are a MUST.

I may pack a lot of unnecessary things, but I have been without certain things which only makes me add every trip. I remember breaking a nail on a trip and was upset I didn’t pack an emery board and had to go and buy a pac of them at the resort shop. No mistakes are made on the trips going forward I say!
